ICPPA 2026 Presenter Guidance

Thank you for presenting at ICPPA 2026. Please review the guidance below for your presentation type. All submission links and session details will be sent to you via email ahead of the conference.

Platform Presentations

  • Platform presenters are invited to prepare a PowerPoint presentation. Slides should be in 16:9 aspect ratio and should be submitted in advance of the conference, and by Tuesday 14th July at the latest.
  • You will receive a link to submit your slides via email.
  • As a reminder, platform presentations have been allocated 15 minutes, and 5 minutes for questions.

In Person Poster Presentations

  • Poster presenters are invited to prepare an A0 poster in portrait format: 33.1 inches wide x 46.8 inches high / 84.1cm wide x 118.9cm high.
  • Please bring the poster to the conference and place it on your designated board before the start of your poster session, using the pins provided. You will receive an email with session times and board numbers prior to the conference date.

Virtual Poster Presentations

  • Virtual poster presenters are invited to prepare a PDF poster. Recommended size: 1240w × 1754h pixels, though it can be any size you would like. Virtual posters may be either in portrait or landscape format.
  • In addition, you are invited to submit an optional 3-minute video recording, as a .mov file, that will be shared on our virtual platform alongside your poster. The video recording should provide a 'lightning' overview of the poster content.
  • Poster PDFs and video recordings should be submitted in advance of the conference, and by Thursday 8th July at the latest. You will receive an email in due course providing you with a link to submit these.
  • There will be a live Q&A function on the poster page that can be accessed by all attendees (virtual and in person). We encourage you to monitor the Q&A function during the conference to engage with attendees who may be interested in your poster. Details of how to access the Q&A function will be provided via email.
